Effective September 24, 2026. This notice explains website booking and Style Match data handling.
When you request an appointment, we collect the name, requested services, preferences, date, time and notes you submit. If you use Style Match, you choose a photo to upload and the tool analyzes that photo to provide recommendations and an illustrative preview.
We use submitted information to respond to booking requests, provide salon consultations, operate Style Match, maintain service records, prevent misuse and improve the website.
Style Match sends the photo and selected service information to our AI service provider solely to create recommendations or a preview. Uploaded photos and generated previews are not added to the public gallery or used by the salon for advertising without separate permission. The website does not intentionally save the uploaded photo in the salon booking database.
When you continue to WhatsApp or another linked service, that provider receives information according to its own privacy policy. Only send information you are comfortable sharing through that service.
We use service providers that help host and operate the website and process requested features. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Booking request records are kept only as reasonably needed for appointment management, business records, safety, dispute prevention and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
You may ask to know about, correct or delete personal information associated with a website booking by contacting contact@bssbeautyspot.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
The website and AI tool are not intended for children to use without a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload a minor’s photo unless you are authorized to do so.
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
